North Shore Quality Meats is seeking a Meat Shop Manager to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Hourly rate: $42.51 CAD/Hour

Main duties:

• Establish the organization’s goals, as well as design or approve policies and plans management policies and practices including recruitment, training, and development, performance management, and remuneration for all staff,
• Meet with managers and coworkers to prioritize resource allocations,
• Authorize and organize the creation of main departments and related management positions,
• Choose middle-level managers, directors, or senior executives,
• Act on behalf of the organization or a delegated representative in negotiations or in the performance of other official functions,
• Complete other related tasks as needed,

Qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline field,
• 3-5 years of related management work experience,
