Eutopia Beauty Care, a Derma Spark partner, offering natural esthetics and cosmetic therapies to bring out natural beauty to its customers. Currently, we are looking for a spa manager who is motivated and team player to add to our team.

Hourly rate: CAD 27.00
Shift: 35 Hours/Week

Main duties:
• Hire and train adequate staff members to deliver a spa’s services,
• Set annual financial goals, review costs for spa procedures and services, oversee payroll and establish budgets for advertising, sales campaigns and promotional events,
• Create promotional and public relations campaigns to raise public awareness and visibility of the spa and its services to generate sales and increase memberships,
• Supervise and make sure that facilities are properly cleaned and that all equipment is in working order,
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction and expectation are met,
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required,
• 2-3 years of work experience in related field,
