Magill Farm & Field Service Inc. is seeking one (1) full-time Farm Supervisor to support and oversee crop-production activities on our commercial farming operation. The position is based at 90029 Range Road 204, Coaldale, Alberta T1M 1N1. This permanent, full-time role offers $28.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with work hours that may vary depending on seasonal and operational needs (including early mornings or late evenings).

This position involves outdoor work in variable and sometimes extreme weather conditions, and requires safe operation around large machinery and rotating equipment.
Physical fitness and situational awareness are essential.
Must have the ability to safely operate farming equipment such as combines, tractors, balers, augers, etc
