The applicant should have skills and will have following duties to perform: Supervise and control
activities of staff preparing food. Keep inventories and estimate and order supplies Establish
methods and procedures to meet work schedules to reach targets. Maintain records and submit
reports. Train staff in job duties, safety and healthy environmental procedures. Ensure high
