Full Time

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought.
• Advise customers on use and care of furniture, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services to be used in moving customers’ furniture and household items.
• Estimate or quote prices and advise on moving dates.
• Prepare and package items for moving, loading storage or offloading.
• Prepare sales contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment for moving consumables and moving services.
• Assist in display of and sales merchandise such as boxes, tape, shrink wraps and other moving consumables.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control
• Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
• May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
• Carry out other job-related activities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.16 per hour
