Job Requirements

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Experience and specialization (Computer and technology knowledge): MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Sage Accounting Software

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail

Personal suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player

Supervision: 3-4 people

Job duties and responsibilities include:

• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work related problems
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
• Supervise and train other staff in procedures and in use of current software
