MAIN LOCATION: 13765 Blackburn Avenue, Whiterock

WORK LOCATION/ADDRESS: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater

Vancouver and Fraser Valley, as per company contracts

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL-TIME

WAGE RATE: $24.50 PER HOUR (FOR 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK)

EDUCATION: No degree, certificate or diploma

EXPERIENCE: Experience an asset

LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

START DATE: AS SOON POSSIBLE

JOB DUTIES:

Keep job sites clean and machines serviced.

Load and unload construction materials.

Cut timber and lumber to specified dimensions.

Hold timbers, lumber, and paneling in place for fastening or cutting.

Drill holes in lumber.

Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Set hollow metal doors and frames.

Install trim and cabinets.

Smooth and sand surfaces using power sanders.

WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULLTIME IN THE DAY OR EVENING OR ON THE

WEEKENDS AND ALSO READY TO WORK OVERTIME WHEN REQUIRED.
