Tasks
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

We are looking for a Fitness Centre Manager with Personal Training, Muay Thai, and/or Boxing competition experience who is able to implement martial arts and training programs. You should be able to identify and recruit suitable personal trainers and martial arts coaching personnel as well as spot and develop potential talent among members for Martial Arts competitions and exhibitions. You will be responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of the training facility, including ensuring that the equipment and machines used are in excellent working condition and also oversee staff under your supervision.
