Duties
20%Develop SAP Content server and Document Management and Workflow, supporting and Implementing solutions for Open Text Products
Develop solutions for complex Divestiture and Acquisition scenarios within Archive Retention Management
Work with the technical team responsible for Opentext developments in ongoing and upcoming complex SAP Divestiture projects including decommissioning archiving projects to isolate non-core data from divested and closed sites globally.
Develop the planning in the adoption of the technical strategy in line with the cutover and rollouts.
Data migration strategy planning
Integration with 3rd party applications, EDI and data migrations
Separation of functions based on Company Code, Plants, Sales Organizations, Purchase organizations SAP Forms, Scripts, Batch jobs and Security to be modified and tested as per
the business requirements
Develop separation approach for 3rd party applications and site readiness for Printers, Scanners and Console servers
Validate readiness of OpenText servers, Parameterization, Performance
testing, High Availability and DR testing
Work with the Auritas Infrastructure teams with the licensing for SAP and associated bolt-on
Updating the technical cutover tasks in the Cutover Playbook with detailed task list, timing and dependencies
20%Develop SAP Document Archiving and Retrieving solutions for PDF documents like Customerinvoices using advanced SAP OpenText technologies as part of OpenText development
Identifying the various output types based on the requirements from the
Development owners and categorizing them into different project waves based on the dependencies and priority
Web Viewer and OpenText sizing and scaling proposals for the Development, QA and Production environments based on the volume of documents eligible for archiving per output type on a monthly basis. The sizing includes OS, DB, CPU cores, RAM and the drive partitions required. Based on the parallel user load, single instance vs multiple load balance instances to be proposed.
Mapping the compatibility matrix from OpenText for cross application supportability
Performing SAP Web Viewer Configurations like maintaining Archive Link settings for DMS, Communications setup and Basis Customizing.
Development tasks for SAP technical configurations for each of the output types like Content Repository setup, Certificate mapping, Queues, Number range,
Archive Link setup.
Develop, test and implement scenario Customizing based on the scenarios identified by the Development owners

Maintenance of SAP ArchiveLink functionality to OpenText ECM solution with tight integration of Metadata from SAP to Content server
Development of Custom Search functionality in OpenText from SAP transaction data for specific sap Objects and associated documents in Centralized platform
Development of software package on OpenText for SAP Archived document to be redacted for Sensitive data using OpenText Brava for content Suite
Development of custom applications to access SAP Archived data and Documents using Google Apps and other 3rd party sources to communicate with SAP and OpenText
25% Salesforce application of Marketing, Sales and Service based application to integrate SAP EAM modules n Custom Relationship Modules and OpenText Extended ECM for Salesforce Applications
Development for ongoing changes to the Salesroce and SAP CRM environment and adapting with SAP Document storage into xECM applications

Experience in setting up FSL data models (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories)
Configured the service rules.
Salesforce Configurations across all the Standard objects like Accounts Contacts Cases Opportunities etc.
Implement and deploy the Service Cloud with various custom built Page layouts Custom tabs Custom Apps to suit the needs of the application also created various Profiles to enable the Service Cloud specific to them.
Configured xECM for Salesforce for managing the documents and content within Salesforce.
