    Responsibilities

    Tasks

    • Administer medications
    • Apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing
    • Conduct specimen collection
    • Ensure infection control
    • Monitor nutritional intake
    • Observe and record medication’s therapeutic and side effects 
    • Record medication’s therapeutic and side effects observations in patient files
    • Take vital signs
    • Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy
    • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
    • Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
    • Monitor patients’ progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
    • Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
    • Provide nursing care
    • Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
    • Address and document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
    • Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
    • Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment

Corporate Sales Director

Penner Doors & Hardware (https://www.pennerdoors.com/ ) located at 327 Wheeler Place, Saskatoon,  S7P 0A4, part of the West Four Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead our Doors, Hardware, and Aluminum Division. This senior position provides strategic leadership, oversees sales operations across Saskatchewan, and drives growth in the architectural hardware and aluminum product lines.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven management experience, exceptional customer service ability, and a hands-on approach to business development.

Main Duties

Sales Manager (approximately 80%of the time):

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Penner Doors & Hardware team and Aluminum Division staff.
  • Oversee research & development initiatives for aluminum product lines.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies in collaboration with senior executives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales staff.
  • Manage daily sales operations across Saskatchewan and Alberta
  • Attend trade shows, promotional events, and industry functions.
  • Prospect for and acquire new commercial and industrial clients.
  • Maintain and expand sales relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta to assess customer needs.
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Communicate client requirements to internal operations and customer service departments.
  • Support client’s post-sale to resolve product, service, or installation-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines

Aluminum Division Sales & Technical Support (approximately 20% of the time):

·      Prospecting and acquiring aluminum doors and window frames new clients using customized proposals which requires travel throughout Canada and the province to attend trade shows and promotional events

·      Site visits to clients that require aluminum doors and window frames will be necessary throughout the province

·      Generating new and repeat sales of company aluminum doors and window frames and services to existing clients

·      Contributing to departmental sales related goals and targeted campaigns to achieve success

·      Communicating customer requirements for aluminum doors and window frames to internal operations and customer service staff

·      Assist clients to resolve product and service-related problems with regards aluminum doors and window frames

·      Evaluate client’s needs and suggest the specifications for aluminum doors and window frames

·      Maintaining accurate information related to customer activities and interactions

·      Performing outbound sales activities such as pricing discussions, account reviews and customer service management

·      To be able to troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment

·      Communicate with clients after sale and installation to offer ongoing support and assistance to solve any problems that may occur with installation

·      English is the language used in the workplace

 

Education Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, construction management, or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to perform the duties above
  • Several years of technical sales experience in the construction, hardware, and aluminium building product industry
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence required

Work Conditions & Benefits

  • Full-time permanent employment – 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime paid according to Saskatchewan labour standards.
  • Annual salary equivalent: $135,000.00 range
  • Car allowance: $4,800/year.
  • Cellular allowance: $65/month.
  • Three to Four weeks paid vacation annually.
