Operatons Supervisor

Salary : $ 33 CAD per hour  for 30 hours per week  . This job is on site at the pyisical location of company at Richmond hill, ON but this is an on-call position for after hours. The job is two years contract with estimated start time of January 2025.  

  • Job Duties:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and service quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work by making call and inperson follow up with clients
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • May perform a variety of office management and clerical duties
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Job Requirement:
    • Bachelor’s degree in health-related science.
    • Minimum of five years of solid experience as cordinator in health providing centers or  private centers.
    • Experience in computer operation for maintaining patient records
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus
    • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
    • Multi-task position with work under pressure and tight deadline

COOK

A VERY WELL-KNOWN FAMILY OWNED RESTAURANT IN FREDERICTON, NB, IS LOOKING FOR A TALENDED COOK TO WORK ON A FULL-TIME, NON-SEASONAL, TWO YEARS' TERM CONTRACT, IN ITS PIZZA & DONNAIRE RESTAURANT.

HIS MAIN DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • May set up and oversee buffets
  • May clean kitchen and work area
  • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • May hire and train kitchen staff.

HIS SALARY WOULD BE $17/H

HE SHALL HAVE 10 DAYS OF PAID VACATION PER YEAR OR 4% OF HIS SALARY.
