MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Familiar with the  vinyasa count of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, and is able to teach students in the traditional method.
  • Familiar with the alignment and conditions of each posture, and be able to adjust and correct students’ alignments.
  • Familiar with the Sanskrit terminology of Ashtanga.
  • Be confident and able to offer safe hands-on adjustments.
  • Maintain a dedicated daily Ashtanga Yoga practice.
  • Motivate, inspire, and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both in and out of class
  • Assemble supplies and equipment.
  • Attend to clients with special needs.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist with coordination of special events.
  • Schedule activities, keep logs, maintain records and prepare reports.
  • Participate in promotional events, photo & video shoots, and campaigns.
