Road Train Express Inc. is a trusted name in the trucking and logistics industry, committed to delivering professional, safe, and timely transportation services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise truck drivers and oversee day-to-day operations
• Prepare production reports and other documentation
• Recommend improvements to work methods and productivity
• Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance
• Train staff or arrange training programs
• Dispatch drivers and monitor assigned routes
• Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels
• Co-ordinate scheduling of activities, repairs, and rentals
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Recommend personnel actions
• Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies

Requirements

Education:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience:

• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in trucking or a related industry

Additional Requirements:

• Criminal record check
• Valid driver’s licence
• Excellent oral communication
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
• Ability to work as part of a team

Work Setting

• Supervision role within the trucking industry.
