We are looking for a Pharmacy Technical assistant for our store in Edmonton.

Position: Pharmacy technical assistant, Permanent, Full-time 

Where to work: Edmonton, AB TGE 5X8, Canada 

Compensation and working hours: $26.00 per hour, 35 to 40 hours per week

Education: College/CEGEP

Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore 

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks

Tasks:

  • Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
