We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our team as a Bakery Retail & Smoothie Maker. This role combines front-of-house service with food preparation, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and creating fresh, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and package baked goods for display and sale
- Maintain an attractive, well-stocked bakery display
- Prepare smoothies, shakes, and beverages to recipe standards
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (sanitize surfaces, follow food handling guidelines)
- Assist with restocking, inventory, and daily prep tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, café, or bakery preferred (but not required)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and consistency in food prep
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
