We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our team as a Bakery Retail & Smoothie Maker. This role combines front-of-house service with food preparation, perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and creating fresh, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare and package baked goods for display and sale
• Maintain an attractive, well-stocked bakery display
• Prepare smoothies, shakes, and beverages to recipe standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (sanitize surfaces, follow food handling guidelines)
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and daily prep tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, café, or bakery preferred (but not required)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and consistency in food prep
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
