Salary: $29.00 per hour

As we continue to grow our business and enrich the lives of our clients by helping them realize their real estate dreams, we are now looking to expand our dedicated team with an experienced and motivated Accounting Technician.

Role and Responsibilities:

·       Manage daily accounting and financial tasks, including bookkeeping, transaction recording, and account reconciliation

·       Prepare financial reports and statements with a high level of accuracy

·       Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

·       Assist with payroll preparation and compliance

·       Handle tax filings and ensure that all financial operations are in compliance with regulatory laws and ethical standards

Key Requirements:

·       Proven experience as an Accounting Technician or a similar role

·       Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)

·       Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

·       Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

·       Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Relevant certification (e.g. CPA or accounting diploma) is preferred
