· Respond to phone and digital inquiries, as well as forward phone calls and messages
· Coordinate and plan meetings and training programs
· Generate and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and publications to maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
· Facilitate the scheduling and confirmation of appointments and meetings for the employer, contributing to the smooth operation of programs
· Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately within the context of business programs
· Coordinate travel itineraries and handle reservations
· Organize conferences
· Document and compile meeting minutes
· Define and implement comprehensive office protocols and practices to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of daily operations
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2
years
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required
Working hours: typically Mon-Fri, 35 working hours a week, 9am-4pm.
Wages: $28/hr
