Job Description:
Position: Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)
Vacancy: 1
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Job Offer Type: Full-time, Permanent

Main duties:
– Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
– Plan and organize daily operations
– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
– Compile data, statistics and other information
– Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
– Provide customer service
– Administrative and office activities
– Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
Job Requirement:
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Experience an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks
Personal suitability: Ability to multitask, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Reliability, Time management
