Baker, specialty foods /Eastern European Working Conditions: Salary $24.50 per hour , permanent, regular, full time: 44 hours per week Requirements: Secondary (high) school, courses or apprenticeship in baking an asset, 3 -5 years of experience in baking from scratch, specialty: Eastern European baking , personal suitability: accuracy, dependability, reliability, team player Tasks Prepare dough for bread and rolls, and sweet goods, pies, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes according to recipes or special customer orders- Eastern European style pastries or special customer orders Set time and speed controls for mixing machines, or blending machines, or mixes by hand so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions, measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or whipped cream, using scales or graduated containers Bake mixed dough and batters Prepare special orders Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Inspect kitchen and food service areas Draw up production schedule Operate baking related machinery Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances if requested follow up hygiene and safety procedures organize and maintain inventory Apply with CV : by email: wislaplaza@hotmail.com, by fax: 905-629-8722 by mail: Wisla Delicatessen, 377 Main Street East, Milton, Ontario, L9T 1P7
