About us:
Joyce’s Deli, we are located in North Vancouver, British Columbia. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time cook position for our deli. If you are interested in the job, please submit your application by email.

Employment Condition:
Position: Cook
Wage: 19 CAD per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent
Work Hours: 30 Hours/Week
Starting Date: as soon as possible
Location: 1525 Columbia St, North Vancouver, BC V7J 1A3

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
– Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Employment Requirements:
Languages – English
Education – Completion of secondary school
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
Cook Trade Certification
Cook Red Seal Certificate
Experience – 2 years to less than 3 years
Cook Categories: Cook (General)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities – Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Physically demanding, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail
Personal Suitability – Dependability, Organized, Team player, Reliability, Flexibility
