Customer Service Supervisor – retail (NOC:62010)
Number of Positions Available: 1
Terms of Employment: Permanent Position, 30 hours per week
Location of Work: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Wage: $30.16 per Hour
Language Requirements: English
Responsibilities
- Address customer requests and resolve complaints.
- Ensure the store’s appearance, displays, signage, and cleanliness are consistently kept to high standards.
- Supervise and coordinate cashiers and staff.
- Assign duties and prepare work schedules for the workers under supervision.
- Train, monitor and support the workers under supervision.
- Prepare merchandising and personnel reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Complete store opening and/or closing procedures.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Available to work the day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts if needed.
- Similar work experience in retail is required, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
