AT YOUR DOOR SERVICES LTD is urgently looking for a full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  to join our team. The company is located in Prince George and provides janitorial services to commercial & residential buildings. Ideal candidates should be friendly, hard working, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work with little supervision.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage rate: $29 per hour / to be negotiated depending on experience. 30 to 40 hours per Week

JOB REQUIREMENT 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required. 

Experience: Minimum 1 – 2  year relevant experience.

Language: English. 

Computer and Technology Knowledge (preferred)

• Google Docs

• MS Excel

• MS PowerPoint

• MS Word

• MS Office

JOB DUTIES

• Perform data entry

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Manage Contracts

• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

• Answer electronic enquiries

• Compile data, statistics and other information

• Respond to employee questions and complaints

• Order office supplies and maintain inventory

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

• Provide customer service

• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

• Conduct performance reviews.

Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day
