Little Munchkin Daycare Ltd. is transitioning from infants to early-learners; self-directed play becomes an important theme in this program; learning outcomes include language development, socialization, self-help and fine motor skills. Language development is promoted in a variety of ways such as labeling the surrounding environment, repetition of emerging vocabulary, in addition to other personalized goals. All of this contributes to toddlers becoming confident learners.

Job Description:
Position: Early Childhood Educator Assistant
Vacancy: 1
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $20.00 CAD per hour

Main duties:

• Early childhood educator assistants provide care for infants and preschool- to school-age children under the guidance of early childhood educators. 

• Early childhood educator assistants  lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being.

 

Job Requirement:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
