Job Duties:
- Provide customer service
- Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Recommend wines that complement customer’s meals
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- Present bill to customers and accept payment
- May perform sensory evaluation of wines
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
