Job Duties:

Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Store clean dishes in assigned areas.

Package takeout orders and portion food for customers.

Prepare, heat, and assemble simple food items.

Serve customers at counters and take their orders.

Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

Dispose of kitchen waste and trash.

Sweep, mop, and polish floors.
