Specific Skills

• Take customer’s orders & serve customers at counters
• Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
• May receive payment for food items purchased
• Clean, peel, slice and trim food stuffs using manual and electric appliances
• Kitchen helper, wash and peel vegetables and fruits
• Wash work table, cupboards, appliances, remove trash and clean garbage containers
