Job Description:

• Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Keep records, such as amount and cost of food served and hours worked by employees.
• Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.
• Respond to Customer issues and requests.
• Inspect kitchen and dining area to ensure sanitary standards are met.
• Ensure the food and service meets the quality control standards.
• Assist and provide necessary training to employees.
