Position: Full-time Human Resource Coordinator

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: Starting from 64,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).

Working Hours: 30 hours per week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • Additional certifications in HR (such as CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent) are an asset.

Experience:

  • Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

 

Language:

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for effective communication with employees and  management.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to analyze HR data, resolve workplace issues, and implement policies efficiently.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.

 

Preferred Computer & Technology Knowledge:

  • Familiar with HR software and systems for payroll, employee records, and performance management.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization’s workforce needs.

  • Advise employers and employees on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and workplace agreements.

  • Negotiate contracts, resolve labor disputes, and provide guidance on employee relations.

  • Create job descriptions, salary structures, and performance evaluation systems.

  • Manage hiring, training, career development, and employee support programs.

  • Maintain HR records and oversee HR management systems.

  • Recruit and train new employees.

  • Organize and oversee employee performance reviews.

  • Research and recommend improvements to employee benefits, health, and safety policies.

 

WORKING SETTING

  • Full-time office-based position (Monday to Friday).
