JOB DUTIES:
- Establish schedules, duties or implement policies and procedures for staff to perform needed cleaning work in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Resolve problems
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the company
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME IN THE MORNING OR DAY AND ON THE WEEKENDS.
