Cantaritos Grill Restaurant, located at 4326 Gilpin Cresent Burnaby, B.C., V5G 2K4, is looking for full – Kitchen Manager. The candidate should have 2 years of experience or a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
Pay per hour will be $38.00 per hour.
This is a permanent full-time position with 30 to 35 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.
Some of the duties of the – Kitchen Manager are:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Establish work schedules
