We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies to enhance our company visibility and drive customer engagement. Location: North York, ON, 

Salary: $33.00/ hour-$36.00/ hour                      Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent employment,   Full time 30-40 hours / week

Job requirements Languages: English                           

Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing is preferred

Job Description:

  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  • Develop, direct, and evaluate the marketing strategy for the company.
  • Provide sales promotion for company’s tools and products. Advise clients on sales or advertising promotion.
  • Liaison with local retailers and cooperators, advise updates and develop connection and business partnerships. 
  • Develop local media accounts and manage company’s websites and prepare market reports and all other market materials.
  • Collect products feedback and client opinions.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
  • Provide intellectual, strategic, and operational leadership in developing the Company's overall work program.

Requirements:

  • College or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ work experience  in a marketing role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic web and design skills and proficiency in relevant marketing tools and design software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Ability to organize and execute in-store events and promotions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of the kitchen and restaurant supplies industry is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
