Looking for an experienced Office (Fleet) Administrative Assistant with a minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in fleet management
Must be available to work days and evening shifts
· Knowledge of fleet operations and maintenance processes is preferred.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in fleet management or administrative support is a plus.
$31.50 per hour must be able to work days and evening shifts
