Modinno Dwellings Inc. has an opening for Painter (Noc 73112) who will work with our construction crew and support the team. If you have what it takes to be successful in this line of work, then this is the right position for you. We need a person with right attitude who can support our team and grow our business even further.
As a Painter (Noc 73112), you will perform all or some of the following duties:
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes
- Mix paint to desired colour and texture
- Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls
- Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings
- Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Knowledge of Brush, Conventional spray, and Roller painting
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Ability to distinguish between colours, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Overtime required
Work Site Environment: Odours, Confined Spaces, Outdoors
Work Setting: Various locations

Education Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Terms of employment: Full Time / Permanent (30 to 35 hours / week)
Compensation: CAD $36.10/hour
