Plascon Plastic is seeking a plastic products manufacturing supervisor to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Shift: 40 Hours/Week

Hourly rate: CAD 29.33 / Hour

Main duties:

  • Lead, train, and supervise manufacturing staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity,
  • Coordinate production schedules, prioritize workflow, and allocate resources effectively,
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards,
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence,
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials, equipment, and resources needed for production,
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement within the manufacturing operations,
  • Prepare production reports,
  • May need to set up machines,

Qualifications & skills:

  • Completion of secondary school is required,
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in plastic manufacturing,
