Cantaritos Grill Restaurant, located at 4326 Gilpin Crescent, Burnaby, B.C., V5G 2K4, is looking for a full–time Restaurant Manager. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience or hold a relevant Certificate or Diploma.
The pay per hour rate will be $38.00 per hour.
This is a permanent full-time position with 30 to 35 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.
Some of the duties of the Restaurant Manager are:
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Train staff
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
