Hoppy’s One Stop in Tobermory, Ontario is seeking 1 Sales Supervisor – Retail. This is a permanent full-time position with an hourly wage of $36.00 for 35 hours per week.

Job Requirements
Language: English
Experience: 3 years to 5 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. 

Tasks:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff 
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on salesvolumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
