The company is seeking a SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST who will act as the primary contact between clients, team, and vendors and will make the required steps to make clients’ projects successful. The incumbent will regularly prepare and present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, identify problems and deficiencies and suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in computer science or related field.

AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• as a SEO specialist you have regularly prepared and presented necessary reports to key internal and external stakeholders, developed and implemented a backlink strategy to maximize exposure and domain authority, identified problems and deficiencies and work to implement solutions in a timely manner, suggested improvements in process and productivity optimization
• in creating project plans to support clients’ interests and successfully executing projects according to established procedures, channels, and expectations and having top-down and bottom-up budgets in mind
• in managing and maintaining projects and communicating status to team and project stakeholders
• in coordinating projects and guiding the team to manage potential risks and opportunities and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements
• Prepare mock-ups and storyboards
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
• Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements
• Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software
• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications
• Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products
• Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
• Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for the clients
• Maintain client position tracking campaigns in relevant SEO tools (SemRush, Ahrefs, NetPeak, etc.)
• Test, analyze, and update client’s websites to ensure it is optimized for search engines and can improve the overall site rankings
• Identify key SEO KPIs and set smart goals for SEO
• Stay up to date with the SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

WORK CONDITIONS

It is a fast-paced environment wherein the incumbent will need to be able to work under pressure, have strong attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines, as we need to fulfil our contractual obligations.

In addition to the above-indicated professional requirements, the incumbent needs to be accurate, client-focused, dependable, have sound judgment, be organized, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative; Possess efficient interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication

HOURS AND WAGES

This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week during regular business hours with possible overtime and weekends, with a wage of $31.25 per hour. Three days per week are mandatory in the office, while two days are possible to work remotely.
