• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, who prepare ,serve and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control to make quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
