-Prepare all food products according to approved procedures
-Serve customers at food counter
-Take customer’s orders
-Prepare, heat, food items
– Portion, wrap and package take-out foods
– Ensure that quality of food items and service are always observed as per company standards
-Receive payment for food items purchased
-Maintains courteous interaction with customers all times
-Politely initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers customers concerns to management immediately
-Stock refrigerators
-Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage
-Monitors and maintains all product/supply levels and notified management when levels are low
-Ensures working conditions of food preparation equipment and notifies management immediately when equipment requires repair
-Ensures production/service areas are cleaned and organize
-Replenish condiments and other supplies in serving areas
-Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
– Always observe proper grooming

Benefits: We offer to pay 50% of Blue cross or health plan chosen by employee to a maximum of $75 per month. This is for drugs, dental and a few other benefits.

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: $15.50 Per Hour, 40 Hours Per Week

Education requirement: Some secondary education

Experience: No experience. Will train.

Language: English

Legal Assistant

MVS immigration Inc. is now considering applications for a full-time legal assistant. We require that applicants are career oriented, dependable, and with a set of skills and attributes that include the following:

Wage: $25.00/hour

Job Type:Permanent full-time

Working hours: 30 to 40 hours/week

 

Main duties:

  • Record and prepare minutes of clients meetings or conferences
  • Prepare and key in application forms for clients’ immigration applications for review
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents for review
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with immigration cases procedures
  • Coordinate between clients and bookkeeper regarding the balance of trust accounts
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain clients filing system

Education
