Location:                Guelph, Ontario, N1E 1P4

Work hours:         30 to 40 hours a week

Salary:                      $20 per hour

Benefit:                     3 days paid personal days / sick leave

Job duties:

·        Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

·        Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

·        Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

·        Prepare and serve nutritious meals

·        Supervise and care for children

·        Take children to and from school and to after school activities

·        Tend to emotional well-being of children

·        Help children with homework

·        Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

·        Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties

 Job requirement

·        High school graduated or equivalent

·        Completion of caregiving program is an asset

·        Communication skills in English
