We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) will play a crucial role in supporting the lead educators in delivering developmentally appropriate programs, maintaining a safe and positive environment, and providing assistance with daily routines. You will work closely with children to ensure their well-being while fostering their development through various engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Engage children in fun, educational activities such as storytelling, songs, crafts, and games.

Prepare snacks and set up rooms or areas for meals and rest periods.

Support children with eating, dressing, and hygiene habits.

Maintain and organize play areas, ensuring they are clean and safe.

Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing toys and equipment.

Keep written records of children’s progress and communicate with families regularly.

Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
Qualifications:

Certification: ECEA or ECE (Early Childhood Educator/Assistant) certification is required. Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: On-the-job training is provided for the right candidate; however, relevant experience is an asset.
