Administrative Assistant

M&J Mobile Rentals is hiring an administrative assistant for their company located at 8005 Alexander Rd, Delta, BC.

This is a full-time and permanent position.

The duties of the administrative assistant will be as follows

  •  Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  •  Prepare and proofread all correspondence, reports and invoices
  •  Collect and organise incoming mails
  •  Co-ordinate information among other employees
  •  Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
  •  Respond to all enquiries in person, electronic and through phone calls
  •  Maintain information filing system
  •  Train other office staff regarding office procedures and systems being used.

Education Required

  • Completion of secondary school is required
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field will be as asset

Experience Required

  •  Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.

Wage

  • $25.50 per hour

 

Hours of work

  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends

Early Childhood Educator

Launchpad Early Learning Centre Ltd located at 1006 – 1189 Eastwood St, Coquitlam, BC, V3B 7N5 is hiring Early Childhood Educators.

 

Number of positions available – 2

 

This is a full-time and permanent position.

 

The duties of the Early Childhood Educators will be as follows.

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, taking children to local points of interest, and providing opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisor.
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.

 

Education Required

  • College or diploma program in early childhood educator is required.

 

Certificates and Licenses required.

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate

 

Experience Required

  • Experience will be an asset.
