Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales personnel and cashier operations
- Allocate tasks to sales associates and create schedules
- Approve transactions and handle product returns
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and stock shortages
- Manage inventory levels and procure merchandise as needed
- Generate sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
- Recruit, train, and evaluate new sales team members
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanlines
