Pharmacy Assistant

Main Duties

·       Gather and enter patient’s information and doctor’s prescriptions into the system

·       Assess prescriptions for completeness

·       Prepare and package prescription medications

·       Compound non-sterile pharmaceutical products

·       Prepare prescriptions under Pharmacist’s supervision

·       Assist the Pharmacist in filling prescriptions and managing patient’s files and records.

·       Maintain proper drug storage and security

·       Place and receive orders for stock to maintain inventory

·       May process medical billing information

·       May price and stock items on shelves

Education and experience

  • 12 Grade
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience

Salary

$22/hour

Benefits

  • Overtime Pay (1.5 times of the hourly wage after 40 hours of working in a week)
  • Vacation Pay as per Saskatchewan Standards (3 weeks or 5.77% of vacation pay)

Front Desk Clerk (NOC 64314)

Job Duties

·        Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone, and in person

·        Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process

·        Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments

·        Register arriving guests and assign rooms

·        Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems

·        Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

·        Process payments and manage cash transactions securely, present statements of charges to departing guests, and receive payment.

·        Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software

·        Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests

·        Provide information about services available in the community, and respond to guests’ complaints

·        Provide local area information, including dining recommendations and attractions.

·        Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry

Education

  • Secondary school

Experience

·       Experience in a hotel/Motel will be an asset

Salary

$17/hr
