DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Determine layout and installation procedures.
- Document and prepare invoices and work orders.
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
- Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
- Install all components of roller shades/blinds/shutters.
- Travel to various client’s locations for installation.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers.
- Maintain effective methods of contact with clients through smart phone, voicemail, e-mail etc.
- Receive and return all calls promptly.
- Maintain a good work habits and arrive at appointments punctually.
- Works independently to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Receive customer payments.
- Maintain proper installation paperwork.
- Clean customer premises of installation debris and dust
- Help organize Blinds orders and installation materials in the shop.
- Measure for and install various types of blinds, shades and shutters for residential and commercial projects according to the highest industry standards.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the installation of window blinds.
- Provides exceptional customer service, and remain friendly, polite, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Provide care for customers' property to ensure it remains protected and undamaged.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast Six months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- No Education requirement.
- Must be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over for extended periods of time.
- Able to use power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to multi-task.
