Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to disassemble and reassemble furniture to facilitate content removal and resetting.
- Rearrange content, furniture, or equipment on-site or in the warehouse as necessary to accommodate work requirements.
- Properly tag, list, and securely load boxed content and furniture on-site, preparing them for transportation.
- Unload content, furniture, and equipment in the warehouse and place them in a staging area for restoration assessment.
- Transport items to warehouse storage container(s) as instructed following restoration efforts.
- Load and secure boxed content and furniture onto a truck for return and resetting according to directions, including the removal of job-related debris like boxes and packing materials.
- Retrieve boxed content and furniture from on-site storage containers (if applicable) and restore them to the job site.
- Be present at job sites and assist with debris removal as necessary.
- Participate in designated activities as instructed, such as vehicle safety and maintenance inspections, keeping vehicles clean and operational, disposing of debris, and maintaining equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Work within time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
- Pay attention to detail and prioritize the protection of other people's property and information.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
