Administrative Assistant

Ped Co Home Services Ltd is hiring an administrative assistant for their company located at 8546 16th Avenue, Burnaby, BC.

 

This is a full-time and permanent position.

 

The duties of the administrative assistant will be as follows

 

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and proofread all correspondence, reports and invoices
  • Collect and organise incoming mails
  • Co-ordinate information among other employees
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
  • Respond to all enquiries in person, electronic and through phone calls
  • Maintain information filing system
  • Train other office staff regarding office procedures and systems being used.

 

Education Required

  • Completion of secondary school is required
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field will be as asset

 

Experience Required

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience is required

 

Wage and benefits

  • Wage being offered is $25.50 per hour
  • Meals & Entertainment Expense will be provided
  • Performance bonus will be issued
  • Laptop and Phone will be provided by the company
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation

 

Hours of work

  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
