We have an opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager (60030) at our “Ambiyan” restaurant (2116973 Ontario Inc) located at 149 Main Street, Unionville, ON L3R 2G8. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include preparing food for dine-in restaurant and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.
Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 7 months to less than year

Job Duties:

·         Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·         Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies

·         Evaluate daily operations

·         Monitor staff performance

·         Plan and organize daily operations

·         Recruit staff

·         Set staff work schedules

·         Supervise staff

·         Train staff

·         Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·         Conduct performance reviews

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Provide customer service

·         Direct and control daily operation

Truck-Trailer Driver (NOC 73300)

As a Truck-Trailer Driver, you will perform all or some of the following duties:

        Professionalism in customer service.

        Load and unload goods.

        Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.

        Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.

        Receive and relay information to central dispatch.

        Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

        Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.

        Willing to travel overnight.

        Operate GPS and other navigation equipment, trip computer.

        Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip).
