Requirements:
• Completion of high school, college or beauty school programs for cosmeticians, estheticians, electrologists, manicurists and pedicurists are required.
or On-the-job training is provided.

• Providing facial and other body treatments using specialized products and techniques
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation
• Building strong customer relationships
• Promoting and educating clients on beauty products
• Maintaining a positive attitude and an ability to grow and learn.
• Working with a team to deliver amazing Guest Experiences
• Contributing to a fun and positive teamwork environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Wage: $ 20-23 / Hourly CAD

Work of Hours: 35-40 hour(s) per week.

Benefits & Vacation:

Requirements:

Education:

  • Completion of secondary school is usually required.
  • diploma in college or university degree is an asset.

Work Experience:

The main duties of hair salon supervisor are as follows:

  • Coordinate, assign and oversee the work of the hairstylist, front desk and other employees.
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
  • Training new staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies; establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • Requisition supplies and materials.
  • Ensure smooth operation of customer database systems.
  • Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee/hairstylist performance.
  • Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
  • Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working conditions and physical capabilities and meet the following qualifications:

  • Recent related experience is required
  • Extra experience or education and second language is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of managing &supervising store skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Repetitive tasks
