Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
  • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
  • Repair machine tools and parts
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

Shipping Supervisor

Main Job duties and responsibilities

  •       Oversee and supervisor the daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products
  •       Assign, schedule and coordinate work and routes to the team of distributing
  •       Review and maintain record the shipping documents including invoice, receiving, dispatching and bill of lading.
  •       Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to shipping
  •       Develop and improve shipping policies and procedure to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  •       Resolve any issues related to shipping and products
  •       Train staff in job duties
  •       Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and other equipment
  •       Prepare regular work report

 

Job requirement:

  •       College diploma in business or commerce
  •       Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements
  •        7 mons+ experience in shipping or logistic field
  •       Excellent communication and coordination skills
  •       Problem solving skills
  •       Knowledge of shipping
  •       Time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work on weekends and evening work shift  

Hours: 40.00/week

Salary: $29.00 / hour 

Vocation day: 10 days or 4%
